DevOps & platform engineering

DevOps & platform engineering

We set up the pipelines and infrastructure that let a team ship with confidence: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerisation and observability. You can deploy safely and often, with metrics, logs and traces that show what's happening when something breaks.

What's included

Ship often, sleep well

Slow, manual, scary deployments hold teams back. We build the automation and observability that make shipping routine: environments described as code, releases that are safe and reversible, and signals you can act on when something goes wrong.

In scope
  • CI/CD pipelines that build, test, and deploy automatically
  • Infrastructure as code, so environments are reproducible
  • Containerisation with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Safe release strategies: blue-green and progressive rollout
  • Observability: metrics, logs and traces, with alerting
  • Secrets management, backups, and disaster recovery
How we work

How we approach DevOps

Everything in code, nothing clicked by hand. The same definition stands up every environment, and the team can see and recover the system without heroics.

  1. 1

    Assess

We review how you build, test, and deploy today, and find the bottlenecks and the risks worth fixing first.

  2. 2

    Automate delivery

CI/CD pipelines that build, test, and deploy on every change, with the security checks built into the flow.

  3. 3

    Codify infrastructure

Every environment described as code, so each one matches production with no manual drift.

  4. 4

    Make it observable

Metrics, logs, and traces wired in, with dashboards and alerts that point at the problem rather than just the symptom.

  5. 5

    Harden & hand over

Secrets, backups, and recovery tested, plus a runbook so your team can operate it confidently.

Deliverables

What you receive

A delivery setup your team owns: automated, reproducible and observable.

What you get
  • CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deploy
  • Infrastructure as code that reproduces every environment
  • Containerised services with a safe deployment strategy
  • Dashboards and alerts for metrics, logs, and traces
  • Secrets management, backups, and a tested recovery path
  • A runbook and a handover for your team

Questions

DevOps questions

What does a DevOps engagement actually deliver?

Concretely: automated CI/CD so deploys are a non-event, infrastructure as code so environments are reproducible and reviewable, and observability so you can see and diagnose problems fast. The outcome is a team that ships more often with less risk, plus a runbook so you can run it all yourselves.

Do I need Kubernetes for this?

No. DevOps is about practices (automation, reproducibility, observability), not a specific platform. We often use Kubernetes for multi-service products, but for simpler systems a managed platform-as-a-service plus solid pipelines is leaner, and we'll recommend that instead. The principles are the same either way.

Can you work with our existing cloud and tools?

Yes. We meet you on the cloud and the tooling you already use rather than forcing a migration. The goal is to improve your delivery, not to rebuild your stack for the sake of it.

How do you make deployments safe?

Automated tests and security checks gate every release, and we use blue-green or progressive rollouts so a bad deploy is caught and rolled back before it reaches all your users. Because the infrastructure is code, every change is reviewable and reversible.

Make shipping a non-event.

Tell us how you deploy today. We'll build the pipelines and observability to make it fast, safe, and boring.
