Software built for the problem you actually have
Generic tools force your business to bend around their assumptions. Custom software does the opposite: it fits how you already work, integrates with the systems you already run, and grows as you do. We build the whole thing, end to end.
- Web applications and customer-facing products
- Mobile apps for iOS and Android
- Internal tools, dashboards, and back-office systems
- Integrations between the systems you already run
- APIs and backend services
- The UI/UX design that goes with all of it
From idea to operation
We work in iterations with demos and testing, so you see progress all the time and steer the product as it takes shape. Security is part of every step, not a final gate.
- 1
Discovery
We map the problem, goals, and constraints, pin down requirements, and give you a realistic estimate.
- 2
Design
A prototype, the architecture and a plan. We agree the approach and the phases before building.
- 3
Development
In iterations, with demos and testing. Security is built into the work at every step.
- 4
Launch
Into operation with monitoring, a tested release process, and a clean handover.
- 5
Support
Ongoing development, monitoring and support. We don't disappear at go-live.
What you receive
A working product, the code behind it, and a team that stands behind it.
- A production application built to your requirements
- Clean, documented, maintainable source code
- A test suite covering the paths that matter
- A deployment pipeline and monitoring
- Security built into the process, with a review before release
- Documentation and a handover for your team
The stack to fit the job
We pick the stack to fit the job, not the other way round. We bring the languages and infrastructure we work in every day (Go, Rust, Flutter, Next.js, Kubernetes) to your project.
Custom software questions
Custom software or off-the-shelf?
If a packaged product covers your need, buying it is almost always cheaper and faster, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when off-the-shelf forces painful compromises, when the workflow is your competitive edge, or when you need to integrate systems that don't talk to each other. We help you make that call before anyone writes code.
How much will it cost?
It depends entirely on scope, and we won't pretend otherwise. After a discovery conversation we give you a realistic estimate and a phased plan, so you can start with the highest-value slice and decide on the rest with real information. The first consultation is free.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Once the work is paid for in full, the custom code, documentation and infrastructure definitions we build for you are assigned to you. Pre-existing Vexaro components inside them come with a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and modify as part of that product, and open-source components keep their own licences. We build so that your team, or any other, can pick it up later. There is no lock-in by design.
What happens after launch?
Launch is the start of the product's life, not the end of the engagement. We offer ongoing development, monitoring, and support, and hand over everything your team needs if you'd rather take it in-house. Either way you're not stranded at go-live.
